Jayco Work’n’Play features?
Jayco Work’n’Play internal features include a cooking facility, fridge, microwave, rangehood, queen-size bed, privacy curtains to bed ends, lighting, air-conditioner, coaxial TV point.
Jayco Expanda internal features include rear lift up ‘garage’ door, concealed windows, water-tank, tri-lock security door, external mains, annexe light, dual lockable water filler, alloy wheels.

Apartment style kitchen equipment includes china crockery, wine glasses, glasses, cutlery, bottle/can opener, mixing bowls, saucepans, frying pans, cooking utensils, chopping board, kettle, teapot, coffee plunger, toaster and tea towel.
Freshly laundered linen and bedding is not supplied.
Other useful items such as fire extinguisher, broom, bucket/hose, coat hangers, pegs, dustpan and brush are also standard with your Work’n’Play / Expanda.
A complimentary Starter Pack is designed to provide you with some basic requirements needed at the beginning of your hire. Includes dishwashing detergent, disposable gloves, bin liner, toilet chemicals, matches, mosquito coils, tissues and shampoo/conditioner sachets.

Can I tow my Work’n’Play / Expanda with a standard motor vehicle?
Yes you can. A non-provisional and non-probationary resident country driver's licence is to be presented at time of rental. If your licence is not in an English format a valid International Drivers licence is also required.
Do you offer an additional items to hire?
We have an extensive range of additional hire items including outdoor tables, chairs, Outback Safety Kit, awnings and Baby & Booster seats.
How is the hire charged?
Caravan hires are charged for every calendar day of the hire. Full payment to be made prior to pick-up of the Caravan.
Is there a minimum hire duration?
The standard minimum rental is 7 days. Shorter minimum periods are negotiable but are subject to caravan availability.
Can I pick-up the Work’n’Play / Expanda in one city and drop it off in another?
Alternate ‘drop off’ is available by negotiation but subject to availability of the motorhome.
What time can I pick-up the Work’n’Play / Expanda?
Your caravan of choice can be collected from 10AM.
Where can I stay in our Work’n’Play / Expanda?
Australia has an extensive network of holiday parks in all major tourist centres and in most towns. BIG4 Holiday Parks are recommended. They offer excellent recreational facilities, as well as resources to dispose of your waste water. They also have provision for you to plug your vehicle into 240vs main power for vehicles that feature heating and/or microwave.
Credit Card surcharge
A 2% administration fee will apply to all Visa and MasterCard transactions. A 4% administration fee will apply to American Express cards. Credit card administration fees also apply to debited security bonds and only the hirer’s credit card is acceptable to use for the purpose of the security bond.

What are your cancellation fees?
- If cancelled up to 22 days prior to pick-up ............................No Fee
- If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick-up ......................20% of Rental
- If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick-up ................................50% of Rental
- If cancelled on day of pick-up or No-Show ............................100% of Rental
- If vehicle is returned early for any reason .............................No refund available
